Return & Exchange Policy

At RICHEVIA, we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

1. Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

In the original packaging

Complete with all accessories, manuals, cleaning kits, and packaging materials

Not damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect:

Screen protectors that have already been installed

Products with removed protective films

Items damaged during installation by the customer

Products without original packaging
