Return & Exchange Period You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be: Unused and in its original condition In the original packaging Complete with all accessories, manuals, cleaning kits, and packaging materials Not damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling 2. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect: Screen protectors that have already been installed Products with removed protective films Items damaged during installation by the customer Products without original packaging Clearance or final-sale items 3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide: Your order number Clear photos or videos of the issue Photos of the packaging and shipping label After we verify the issue, we may offer: A replacement An exchange A partial refund A full refund, depending on the situation 4. Return Shipping Cost If the return is caused by our mistake, such as a wrong item, damaged item, or defective product, we will cover the return or replacement shipping cost. If the return is due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong model, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error. 5. Exchange Policy We support exchanges for eligible items, including: Wrong phone model ordered Wrong size or variant Defective or damaged item Incorrect product received For model exchanges, the product must be unused and unopened. If the screen protector has already been installed or damaged, we may not be able to offer an exchange. 6. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund. 7. Order Cancellation If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
